Yeah, it's not used in the manga and I wasn't sure if Oda would bother giving Sanji a title that would distinguish him in the crew but thankfully he did. The Wings of the Pirate King was given and surprisingly it's discredited by some anyways so I kinda doubt left wing would be some sort of gamechanger.

The game’s first Roger character would only activate his special ability if Oden, Rayleigh, Shanks or even fucking Dog and Cat were on the crew, but not Gaban. Military advisor and Chief of Staff is what Sanji associates with the most, but Chief of Staff is more of a right hand/second in command thing so military advisor is the one that fits Sanji as the so called "left hand man".
