So, assuming the new Pacifistas are a mix of Vinsmoke clones + more powerful DNA.
- WG has Kuma's (patient 0)
- WG has Boa's cuz of the CD's
- WG has Mihawks (no idea)

But what about the rest?
My guess:
Crocs/Jin-boy - Yes, when they were in Impel
Doffy - Yes, now that he's in Impel, so he's got more growing
BB/Law/Weevil - No b/c they haven't been in custody
Moria - Yes, but to them, he's not worth the clone
Buggy -

It's called the Lineage Factor.
You forgot the most obious person - it seems they took King's lineage factor when he was at Punk Hazard. You can even see him tied to an MRI machine to scan his body. All the Seraphim are based on him.

I also think the Seraphim integrate not only Vinsmoke's technology (lineage factor), but also Queen's (cyborgs) and Ceaser's (gigantification of children), which implies that Vegapunk might be a thief.

This. If there're any 2 people they wouldn't have, these would be Boa and Mihawk. Of they have their DNA, they have every single one of them

Nothing suggests the Seraphim are even made from the DNA of Shichibukai, and it's actually disproven by Boa since her clone doesn't have her devil fruit even though we know that when you eat a devil fruit it changes your DNA

Though I guess it's possible that they got Boa's DNA before she ate the devil fruit, but that would be a bit strange

It's more likely their appearance is just based on the original Shichibukai as oppose to being literal clones of them
