it was implied oden was gonna win against kaido but fake momo made him lose so the ''if he was strong enough he would win'' makes no sense, maybe it would be an extreme diff or maybe GB would win without that but that doesn't mean it can't have happened

It does. The comparison stand in no relation to each other. Weevil just managed to save the village by the fodder that had the kids at Gunpoint, why, because he was strong enough.
If Ryokugyu came and tried to threaten the village Weevil could just beat him up and that's that. There's still no logical reason why Bukking wouldn't have mentioned that to Marco.

All Admiral fans are pretty vocal about not giving a shit about Weevil. The Yonko bros that literally voted Weevil Low Top tier in the PL threads before the chapter changed it to below YC1 level and then to YC3 to push their agenda. Everyone is playing the same game.
