It's hard to tell. On one hand she seems to have a strong will, but on the other, she is pretending to be someone she's not. She's not forging her own path in life, but rather taking on the responsibilities of another. I guess for me it will all boil down to whether or not she has recruited other people to her cause, and she proves she can lead them, or if she's just running solo, and ends up following Luffy.
And I know her father his Kaido, but that's not a set in stone stipulation. Big Mom has 85 kids, and only one of them ended up with Conqueror's Haki, which is a one in a million chance to begin with. So for now I am going with no, but my mind might change the more information we get on Yamato.
