Ace was a Captain/leader of the Spade Pirates before Whitebeard came to him. Its different with Yamato.

Even in the flashback, he is the strongest among Sabo and Luffy. So, if Oda decided to give Yamato a CoC. Its a inconsistency again.

Explain Katakuri? Everything your saying and that last guy is predicated on that you must have followers, yet Katakuri is follower of his Mother. Again nothing but Confirmation Bias, and Fanon at that. Never has it been explained that you must have followers as a requirement to have CoC. Just bullshit made up.

Well, Katakuri want to "defend" his family.

Until we see more of Yamato's feats, the reason why she might had conqueror haki is because she want to open the land of wano.

But, the only 100% reason why she should have CoC is because she is biological daughter of Kaido (and Big Mom).

He had ambition but he later lose it or to be more exactly his ambition take a different shape thanks to WB.

I personally would have preferred him having CoC but for the sake of Roger he has it ( author not wanting to do dirty his son ).

CoC users are leaders... they have followers behind them. I don't see how Yamato fits this profile. I don't expect any logical consistency from Oda, so I'm not gonna say no definitely, but everything we have from him says no.

Every CoC user we've seen has had subordinates beneath them (yes, even the vice-captains had subordinates under them).

Ace,Luffy and Kata all have the qualities of a King. If yamato's goal is to open the borders of wano and then explore the world like oden did, she's ain't getting conqueror's haki. Oden had conqueror's haki because he would one day become the shogun of Wano kuni.
