This is G4 after effects. Nothing to do with the damage he took. If he had being damaged and could not walk after it then he wouldn't comeback tonfight after 10 minutes. Same thing at rooftop.

Then why he is walking and saving Rebecca after the 10 min passes?

Also why you didn't explained rooftop where the situation was the same? Luffy took no damage in G4 but couldn't walk by himself. He seemed even kind of drugged when he realized Zoro saved him.
