Future Events Doflamingo and Wevil will join BB

10 main nakamas are the limit, since Luffy wants 10.
So I don't see it as an option since there are already 10 Titanic Captains and we are still waiting to meet the last one.
And Weevil doesn't fit there anway.
Because of his strength, he would be stronger than Shiliew and that means he would be Zoro's opponent. But Zoro vs Weevil doesn't fit. Zoro's opponents appearance is normal dudes and Weevil is anything but "normal".
Doffy neither fits there since we saw everything of his powers, so wouldn't make sense to make it Sanji's opponent for example.
