Orochimaru atm has control of hashirama cells... and ofc he came across Kabuto's edo tensei seals so now when kabuto is out of the pick and is in orphanage... the only one who possess the enhanced version of that jutsu is Orochimaru

Yes, but Orochimaru's Edo was extremely inferior to Kabuto's. Kabuto improved Jutsu, no matter who taught whom, Jiraiya taught Rasengan and Naruto improved it too. The Edo Madara of Orochimaru would be as weak as Hashirama, and too slow for Mingo.

Doflamingo should clear. He might have trally trouble against Orochimaru, and i doubt he would win if this is the Orochimaru from War who can summon the Kage. Every other version of Oro is getting stomped. Pain is the other one who can be difficult to beat. It would be funny to know how Pain his body manipulation from his bodies works against Doflamingos body control/manip if he uses it against one of those bodies.

War Arc Orochimaru > Part 1 Orochimaru.

He has a Senju body now in the form of Zetsu, giving him added vitality and power that almost every Senju DNA infused character has.

Likewise, his Edo Tensei is better than Part 1. For two reasons.

He increased the Jutsu’s precision, bringing them back closer to their full power. While Kabuto seemingly brought back everyone at their prime (And Madara, who was enhanced beyond that) Orochimaru’s leaps from Part 1 to Part 2 Edo Tensei is nothing to sneeze at.

We get confirmation that with a Zetsu Body, Orochimaru is able to control the Edo Kages besides Hashirama. Who he can always summon in a more restrictive state similar to part 1 if he needs to.
