I didn't even know there is two version Manga Garou here. My version of Garou is at same point with @BigChungus2018. Maybe is my fault that not to browse about Garou on other manga version.

Just like @BigChungus2018 said, the webcomic doesn't count as a manga since they're not the same thing at all. The webcomic is basically like the later adaptation will appear later in the OPM manga. I hope this clear
Anyway, I don't think Hisoka wouldn't last long here so I guess Doffy vs Garou is the way to go. Now, current Garou (the manga version) loses high-extreme diff to Doffy but current Garou in the webcomic version negs diff Doffy

@volsnap please state which version of Garou is it. like others said outcome the battle will vastly vary depending on which version u use.
is it the anime version? or the manga version or the webtoon version?

Anyways Hisoka beats Doffy. And thats the news
Hisoka defeats Post Ripper Garou. Loses to any other variations after
Post Death Hisoka maybe able to defeat DS Garou. This depends on how much of a PU post Mortem nen is. Of course Post Death Hisoka is featless for now.....
