I don’t get it? Mihawk never been in consideration for Yonko status. He can’t give himself the title, an he gets shit stomped by any real Yonko lvl Organization so he can’t prove he’s worth it either.

Hell Current Law would be named a Yonko, before hawk guy. In less then 2 years he’s already walked him down, his next NW calamity all that’s needed to surpass hawkboi threatlvl to the WG
