I think the converting Ratchet is a good clue because I'm not sure why any cult leader would convert him; Ratchet would be a high value target for any faction. I could see Blue converting his Waifubro. I think that's the best lead we have right now for cult.
Also, I see Crowned Witch was killed on a night town couldn't be killed. She was my second strongest town read and I believe she was genuinely solving. So I'd say she was an indie before I say she was a wolf.
Probably, we hang ekko today and nuke gullio. Ekko literally came into this DP trying to bait kill shots his way lol. He probably protected, he gets hanged and we blast other candidates for now.
I would also role block ekko if possible for good measures.

You're caught, it's over for you. Dest's theory of you being Cell seemed to come from him shooting you and then Cell being triggered right after. Considering he was Bardock, I'd guess the trigger for Cell's Conditional Form was either to be targeted by a kill shot or a Saiyan.
I'd rather town not waste resources on a potential cult when we have wolves lined up right now to execute. Wolf teams also got to deal with cult so let them burn their resources.
