But on a sidenote, while he can do it like he was in his inauguration for his 2nd term, I wouldn't really place him as a top tier in holding Speeches. He has his own style which works really well for him, it's much less of fancy political lingo, and much more a guy saying what he wants to say

Those things are unimaginable in Europe.
