What Mandela effect?
There are a lot of translations that say "most wanted". Others don't and say only "worst criminal", which could imply that very same thing.

You can agree or not, but this is not a Mandela effect thing.

Wanst he refered before as the current most wanted man alive?

I expect it to be bellow what was Roger's bounty when he was alive, but not much lower.

It should be above WB's.
But considering that his top subordinates' bounties are low (maybe so ppl don't pay too much attention to them), his own bounty might be quite "low" :kayneshrug:

Dragon has been the only top tier who existed outside the Balance of Great Powers ( Marines + Warlords/Marines ~ the Yonko ) + has been the only one who took away countries from the affiliation to the WG , and took them under him .
I think he has been the greatest threat to the WG since Roger's death ( until BBP & SHs overtake him and Revos ) .

My guess is 5.5 to 6 B .
More Dragon hype = more prime Garp & prime Sabo hype , so it's good .
