Let's discuss Dragon his bounty is so high because he directly challenges the world government and has even lead multiple countries to revolting

However until it is expicility stated that he knows of or Is researching the lost history

I don't think his bounty is higher than Rogers

So I'd say 5.25 to 5.5 just below Rogers would be a fair estimate

above rogers hes literally opposing Imu and the Gorosei and the Tenryuubito he's going against everything they stand for and their way of living and life.

He's the worlds most wanted criminal not some pirate scrub

It would be unsatisfying if it’s anything but the highest given his status.
It would also make the line about no Pirate surpassing Roger’s & WB’s worthless if there wasn’t a non-pirate to do so.

I agree. I think the WG would be more scared that someone tell the World the thruth rather than someone who oppose them.

Because what Dragon have done until now except taking back some countries from the WG ? Nothing really relevant.
Even Sabo have started to get more fame than Dragon by "killing" Cobra.

While Roger knew the thruth the WG hid during 800 years.

So I would not be surprised if Dragon has more than Whitebeard but less than Roger.

Roger's bounty is confirmed to be the highest in history meaning Dragon's is automatically lower

And before someone says that's only pirates, Sabo, Belo Betty, Lindbergh, Karasu and Morley are listed.
