Kaidos final move was definitely the strongest move prior Bajrang Gun. It was not only magma flames but clad with the strongest haki of the World strongest creature. To beat this Luffy had to create a move which engulfed the whole of onigashima and had shockwaves sent 1000 miles radiu around the earth. Even the strongest nuke tsar bomba has shockwaves around only 200 km.
Now zoro can create such feat is only soeculation/headcanon as of now.
