I am saying Marines saw Full potential of Pica and gave him around 300M bounty (based on Zoro defeating him gave him 320M) ...
while Known Top 6 fighters of Yonko BM after Top were Worth, 700M->600M -> 450M+ -> 400M+ -> 330M -> 300M+
That is why Top executives of Flamingo were worth around 300M (Trebol Diamante maybe even 200-250M)
While Kaido whose lowest of Top 3 is 1Billion should have Strongest fighters after Top3 bounties of around 700M worth...and you cant compare that to the likes of Flamingo executives who were worth 300M

She specifically said "Your SPEED is no use against me." Cavendish swords skills in a real duel would own Robin. The dude stopped Don Chinjao one handed.
