CoA coating makes sense, but CoC is not explained enough, it just works

that's a very vague definition though, it only overwhelms the weaker opponents will, now it can also deal internal damage no matter how strong the opponent is, maybe that's because it's fused with armament idk, oda doesn't explain anything enough
throughout the series CoC has zero effect on strong spirited people, so it shouldn't do anything to kaido who's a CoC user too, surprisingly that's not the case and it makes no sense

1 chapter = 1 episode is GENEROUS
The anime actually has more episodes than the manga for the equivalent material. Like the Oden flashback will end on a later episode number than the chapter it ended on, which is INSANE.

Excluding nen (HxH), haki is probably the most complex power system in any recent manga (reiatsu/chakra/ki are very simple).

I think Oda doesnt get in details cuz he dont wanna be bound to specifics regarding haki, and be able to change/add things at will without retcon his own story.
