What is certain is that Nika will set free Bonney and Kuma whose consciousness resides within the ancient robot (he is already in Egghead). Kuma's consciousness inside the ancient robot who reacted to the drums of liberation while the ancient robot's consciousness is inside Kuma who is trying to climb the red line like 200 years ago.

The arc started with Luffy going Gear 5 against Lucci. When that happened, Vegapunk mentioned the Nika fruit to the rest of the SHs who thought that it was still the rubber fruit.
We then switched to Luffy facing Kizaru. When that happened, Luffy turned into Gear 5 and Kizaru said "It finally appeared! This is the rumored...". Did Kizaru learn about Nika's rumor through Kuma or through the Gorosei?
We saw how Gear 5 could catch up with a lightspeed character and how Luffy barely got hit by Kizaru.
Once Luffy punched Kizaru with White Star Gun, Saturn told Kizaru that he was slower than usual at handling his mission where Kizaru apologized and said that he couldn't move temporarily. Right after, Saturn says "I know why", because he knows that Nika was the reason Kizaru failed his mission.
The flashback, the Nika connection with the slaves, Kuma & Bonney, are also confirming this is an arc where Nika will liberate Kuma and Bonney from their oppression (Saturn), this chapter confirmed that Saturn was the main villain of this arc.
Now where is this all leading to?
The ancient robot (Kuma's consciousness inside) will probably move after the flashback and protect Bonney. However, the ancient robot will be attacked by Saturn.
Then, Nika will appear again (either before the ancient robot or after) and will liberate both Bonney and Kuma from Saturn's oppression.
We know that the Egghead incident is Kizaru and Saturn seeing Luffy on their way to Egghead to kill Vegapunk. It is the resolution of this incident that will culminate tomorrow and shock the entire world.
