Honestly I don't care so much about the arc per se, what is happening on Egg head island is pretty meh. The top was probably the Luffy vs Lucci fight. What is great are these side events (Shanks destroys Kidd, BB vs Law and now Garp vs Kuzan/beehive) and all the small details they provide (Kuzan drinking and allying with BB and co, Shanks and Dory and Broggy, sulong Bepo lol).

no, it's all part of Egghead island arc. It's same as Post Water 7 arc, as best arc because of world build up. Plus I've got feeling that Kizaru will arrive soon enough and real shit will start
