I don't see Sanji having a worse performance than Snakeman, and I wouldn't be surprised if he manages to land a clean hit before the end of the clash. (something Luffy needed to be in G5 to do)
This is assuming they even fight, but after the whole "we all became 100 times stronger" Sanji getting outright negged wouldn't make much sense. He's part of the monster trio who rekt a yonko commander, not of the weakling trio.

Usually if a top tier is stalled by someone it's someone like Yamato who has ACoC, a Mythical Zoan, etc.
Or they were at least holding back a lot and their opponent was someone who was around or above Tobiroppo level (Aramaki vs Morley)
