Not remotely possible. Meme ACOC toke her From normal human lvl durability/endurance.
An put her in the same realm as Kaido. Her defensive ACoC portrayal superior to even top tiers like Shank.

Big Mom & Kaido were freaks since the day they were born, lol.
Law's physicals simply cannot compare. And given Law's track record of being a primarily DF-based fighter, I doubt his haki will be strong enough to replicate the effects of BM/Kaido-tier durability. That just sounds absurd imo.
Sure, he learned to counter a DF ability with his haki, but:
1) It was Doc Q's DF ability
2) The official & TCB versions say "a great deal of haki" as far as I know, and not "you need to have strong haki."

So if Law is to get any haki development in the next few arcs, the most logical choice is BM's iron skin. As not only has Oda already pushed Law's haki skills in that direction, Law doesn't even need ryuo as his DF already lets him do internal damage.
