Unless Oda pulls an Alabasta type thing where Luffy didnt get a PU but learned to counter Croc DF, I think we are looking at a PU for Luffy specially with Imu saying that JB would not be this weak.
Then we also have Sanji awakening CoC and ACoC, probably gonna be similar to Zoro awakening ACoC directly instead of CoC and then ACoC.
Which leads to the PU for Zoro, I think he will learn how to hurt through Omen/Maki etc. like he did against Mr.1. Its probably not a direct overall PU increase but a condition/opponent specific one. Out of the M3, Zoro is the only one who is not down.
Can we expect PUs for other SHs too?

If sanji is getting AdCoC. That's a Major power up.
I doubt if in the same arc, Sanji gets one and luffy and Zoro doesn't.

My opinion being, Luffy will either go through stage 2 awakening or, Other alternate awakening, where animal spirit takes over user. Like impel down gaurds.
Real Nika/Joyboy manifesting, even with luffy adcoc level which is not weak., Real joyboy/Nika can utilise full extent of Nika powers. And this characters signifies 'Freedom' he will let luffy take control again. Next step for luffy might learning those powers one by one.

It's like Kurama lol, Went naruto rages or in near death situation, 2~6 tail beasts appears destroying everything.

For zoro, I prefer side grades to Conqueror. If Zoro is doing it consciously now.
Either conqueror defense coating which could be useful against sommers if wraps Zoro around with his thorns, Which is maki enchanced on top of that.

Every time we see a power up, it ends up manifesting in or two characters.

Dressrosa, we saw Doffy awakening and Luffy gear 4 appeared. Not awakening but closer to awakening.
Wci, FS appeared, luffy learnt it and sanji teased it.
Wano, Ryou/AdCoC, Luffy learnt it, Zoro already knew it.

This arc, Power up wise, two things happened, Maki and Conqueror defense. So one of the three character Luffy/Zoro/Sanji will awaken it.
