General & Others Elbaf wont happen/will be very short

Elbaf will likely just be a short lore based arc like zou. People who think luffy is going to fight big mom there are insane, clearly oda always intended wano to be an arc where the story moves on from the old generation as they become irrelevent. And usopp fans shouldn't make the same mistake that sanji and zoro fans did which is think an arc will be focused on him. Heck elbaf might not even happen at all the way oda is talking, elbaf being an arc in the first place is a theory after all, not a fact.

it will happen there won't be any fight with BM its probably amid length ark 30-40 Chapter ark (1 year ark)
i don't think 3 year thing is possible in any way unless he skip many thing and make shit ark after shit ark with little to no character moment for characters other than luffy
i think we will have at least 200 chapter (5year) after wano)

if its a longer ark its probably a combined ark and wont be just elbaf like what he did to greenbit and dressrosa or similar to w7 and enies lobby but much shorter

Wano nearly took four years people. I know Oda is pretty bad with time estimates but if he even thinks he can wrap up the story in three years that does suggest Elbaf will be shockingly short if it happens at all. There is no way the final war does not take two plus years all on its own. Oda cant just pushes in another multi-year arc with his usual antics of Strawhatas arriving at an island, finding a helpless girl, meeting the side characters, saving the country from the ruler that is super shady and restoring the rightful monarchy to power this time.

If I had to hazard a guess? Wano will be AT BEST some shit about Loki, Odin, Thor and or some other potential high-up giants arriving to help the Strawhats in the war because Hajrudin asked back home for backup. That might be legit how short their overall involvement is.

Luffy can stumble upon the last Poneglpyh or be given it by Shanks if need be. Elbaf is NOT crucial for the story at this point.
