The most talked about parallels in Elbaph has been Sanji and Gaban in Elbaph. They have some similar character traits but the biggest thing is Luffy saying that he think Gaban is what old Sanji would look like.
The good thing is that Oda did not try to go for a full on SHPs = Roger Pirates parallels here. We dont have any other characters apart from M3 to parallel with Metal 3. There is wings and RHM/LHM also being paralleled but nowhere has Zoro been paralleled to Ray in Elbaph. Rather Zoro got paralleled to Roger along with Luffy by Gaban when they first met. The most parallels however are between Zoro and Loki to which Oda himself has pointed out.

We've seen Sanji with Goated Cook Zeff,
We've seen Franky with Goated Shipwright Tom,
We've seen Robin with Goated Archaeologist Clover,
We've seen Zoro with Goated Swordsman Mihawk,
We've seen Luffy with Goated Pirate/King Rayleigh,
We've seen Chopper with Goated Doctor Kureha,
We also know Usopp had his Goated Sniper Yasopp,
Brook probably grew up with some Goated Musician,
... etc

So tbh i expect Nami to be Taught by a Goated Navigator & that's who Gaban is,
Rayleigh & Gaban might be Roger's Zoro/Sanji but They are clearly Created to be Mentors of Luffy & Nami imo,
While Roger was Mentor of Shanks,

People forget that Nami is Navigator, Third SH (Considered Main Trio), was Originally supposed to Fight with an Axe, and convinently She recently received Zeus that can Transform her Staff into other Meel Weapons such as Mace, so why not an Axe next? (I'm not saying She will learn Haki or Gaban's Fighting Style, He will only teach her Navigational/Map Skills, and She will Fight with an Axe only as a gesture of Respect),

Oda might be cooking something with Shanks, Luffy & Nami (Who was unexplainably added to Chapter 1 Color Spread).

Zoros parallel is Oden, Zoro Roger parallel lol where.

Both were crucified before being invited to join the Straw Hat crew, are demon-like, have underworld connections, and were offered but refused membership in certain organizations. And we all know about the Zoro-eye theories too.

I will link a thread when I find it, its just common knowledge at this point. You can see desperate Sanji fans also pushing for Sanji and Loki parallels just because Zoro has parallels with Loki.
