What we know so far is that you can get multiple stacks of scarlet rot either someone gives it to you with their ability or maybe you get it by interacting with someone else ( apparently york ) and people can use it to do bad things i assume the more you have worse the things can happen

Idk, because town roleblocker is dead and i can block/crush people. It would make more sense to target people who could live longer since they can't get runes from dead people after i check them but If alternative is dying, i can very well just target poe.
