General & Others Emperor Buggy vs wss Mihawk: who’s more famous?

Technically it should be Buggy as of now he is the yonko while Mihawk is his subordinate for the whole world yet Mihawk is still the one to have the highest bounty. This is like if Zoro had always an higher bounty than Luffy, for sure people in general at least suspect something (not that Oda is ever gonna show us this).
Bet that Buggy is more know, but also more of a mystery to the general public, as he popped as a world famous Pirate only after Marineford while people know Mihawk was around for more than a decade.
Also to the public his story is kind a big deal if u think, like, when the WG try to execute Roger son a former apprendice of the Roger Pirates that no one knew about, the only one know wasShanks, pop out of nonwhere, join forces with Ace adoptive brother, the biggest rookie around, Strawhat Luffy, mastermind the only mass breakout of ID history, lead a group with ex-Warlords, Revos and other big pirates to join forces with WB in the war against the Navy, then leave after meeting again his former crewmate and "friend" Shanks, becoming a Warlord and going to the NW to compete for contracts with Doflamingo, then after the WG end the Warlords he take his former escape buddy Crocodile and the WSS Mihawk under his command and start to hunt the Marines themselfs, raising to the status of Emperor.
We know most of this ia bullshit, but to the average OP Citizen Buggy is on pair with Luffy and Teach ones.
