General & Others Emperor conqueror subordinates

Not future predictions as for who you think will eventually have it but what emperor subordinates do you think have/had conquerors?

1. Big mom got katakuri tho idk if she even knew he had it tbh
2. Kaido got Yamato even tho Yamato refused to listen to him
3. Shanks might have Ben beckman but as time goes on I kinda doubt it more
4. Blackbeard has Kuzan who probably has it imo. Him fighting luffy in the future would raise the likelihood. Shiryu like beckman might but as time goes on I doubt it more

Imo the possible yc with coc are
Mihawk - 100 % chance
Beckman - 90% chance
Sanji - 70% chance
Kuzan and shyriuu - 30% chance
Ussop - 20% chance
Lucky Roo and Croc - 15 % chance

Kuzan has a much higher chance to have coc than Shiryu imo

A Conqueror either Leads or follows another Conqueror

No Titanic Captain have CoC because Blackbeard doesn't
No WB Division Commander had CoC except Oden & Ace
No SH Commander have CoC except Zoro & Usopp (He might discover Origin of CoC)
No BM Minister have CoC except Katakuri
No Beast Pirate have CoC
Beckman 99% have it because He is only in all Yonko Crews to Officially hold Position of "Vice Captain" & He is compared to Shanks
Can Sanji have it? It's not needed, but not Impossible, depends on Oda's Mood

Beckman will definitely have CoC and AdCoC since narratively I don't see the point of him being weaker than current Zoro.
Since Beckman is not a fruit user/regular human/has a simple rifle in his arsenal, common sense says he should have a powerful haki.

I don't see Kuzan AdCoC at this point especially after Kizaru didn't have it.

Shiryu is most likely a fruit merchant and no characteristics for CoC I observe.

Kuzan has a much higher chance to have coc than Shiryu imo

And we even basically saw It. I really don't know were this no CoC Aokiji cope came from.

Can Sanji have it? It's not needed, but not Impossible, depends on Oda's Mood

It is needed, or required, that Sanji doesn't have CoC :

1. Ensure Zoro's superiority among the two.
2. Become the opposite of Zoro's traits, this one is Zoro's "heaven/fate/destiny blessed" factor.
3. He will showcase Science powers more, so less about Haki.
4. Basic CoC doesn't give any real benefits.
5. CoC awakening method must be in a certain situation, which Sanji wouldn't even be in.

Mihawk and Beckman have the only chance, I dont see the rest having it.
