General & Others Emperor level subordinates require pirate king level captains

Off the bat when I say emperor level I just mean “top tiers”. Pirate king level just being a level above that

Starting off with the easiest to argue for

Blackbeard: the man has an ex admiral and almost fleet admiral as one of his subordinate captains. He is obviously going to figure out a way to grow stronger. Give him another powerful devil fruit and he easily can become comparable to the likes of prime whitebeard and Roger

Sakazuki: he’s the fleet admiral of the marines with admirals as subordinates. While I don’t think current Sakazuki is much stronger than the other admiral especially the original set I don’t think it’s impossible for him to grow stronger.
IMO while he probably can’t eat another devil fruit I do think imu can potentially power him up and give him a zoan like transformation. Which could be dope

If Borsalino is his Marco/Beckman he needs a similar amount of dominance over him. Also lowkey Borsalino is stronger than Kuzan so…Peak Sakazuki stronger than peak Blackbeard (disregarding matchup disadvantage)?

I don’t believe beckman is a top tier but if Shanks and Buggy end up joining forces buggy will obviously be bringing on his top tier subordinate mihawk with him. How would shanks power up to get to that pirate king level of strength? Honestly idk I just think it’d be a shame not to be able to see. Shanks definitely had/has the potential with both his adoptive and biological father seemingly comparable to primebeard
Mihawk and his dad are pretty similar too

Imu has even more potential than the rest. Besides him being the main contender for final boss of the series he not only has emperor tier subordinates he probably even has pirates king level subordinates

These guys - King/Marco/Katakuri weren't there when their Captians started their journey and each one of them were shown to be way weaker than their Captains.

But then you have Roger who started his journey with Rayleigh. The World views Rayleigh as a Legend along side WB. Beckman and Zoro should potentially be regarded the same way. Why? obviously Zoro still has a long way to go.. then we have Beckman who have nothing about him other than his Vivre Card which suggest he is the same way as Rayleigh to Roger.

There is no PK or emperor level. Its all the same and also not.
PK Roger had a rival in power who was also a Yonko. Xebec went down against a tag team of Roger and Garp and he never was a Yonko or PK.

Top tier subordinates usually have a top tier captain.
