Which title is superior?
Oda already showed us which by saying WGS Mihawk hide behind Emperor Buggy but lets hear arguments:
I can't imagine Luffy would say; ''Since your new boss will be PK, if you can't even become an Emperor of the Sea, I would be disappointed''.
If WGS was equal to Emperor title, then Mihawk wouldn't mind being an Emperor since it wouldn't matter to him if he was or if he wasn't, but he specifically says he doesn't want it because being WGS is more peaceful, meaning its safer for him.
Mihawk couldn't even find out the power difference between WB in Marineford because he was too safe in the first half of grandline:
Meanwhile Emperors constantly fought vs WB, their job was more difficult:
Emperors powers are so influential, they have to make ''Warlords'', so Warlords could fight against Emperors alongside with Marines:
Mihawk is a pirate, yet Emperors are called ''great pirates'', WGS isn't enough to make a pirate ''great pirate'':
