Endeavour can surely put up a big fight but shigaraki is getting to the whole next level. As the doc said, he is near All Might lvl in terms of raw powers. He may not have unlocked all the potentials that he got from his surgeries and AFO yet but he is getting close to reaching “all maxed out” lvl soon.
Endeavour being able to defeat the fully bloomed Shigaraki will kill the whole purpose of this arc where villains are rising in power. Even in this current chapter we saw how Endeavour was knocked down by a Quirkless Shigaraki. It may have been a brief moment but still knocking down a powerhouse like Endeavour while being Quirkless and mocking the heroes at the same time speaks out for itself.
