Roger era was 1 FA and 1 Admiral only.

Only current era has 1 FA and 3 Admirals.

At the end we will have 1 FA and 2 Admirals only(Kizaru and Koby).

GB and Fujitora will leave marine or be fired.

They will probably have the same structure and the power levels will be similar/equal. There are very few characters who are going to be beyond the Admiral/Yonko or FA/PK range. All the others from the different eras will still be relative to each other.

FA:Fuji or Kuzan, if there is a jump forward then Coby.

Admirals: I expect the original admirals wiped out bar Kuzan and Fuji cause they followed blindly /are in line with WG/Im/Gorosei ideals so no more Akainu, Kizaru and Greenbull (as admirals/FA at the very least). Smoker has good chances to become an admiral eventually and he deserves it at least because of his importance in the story. Then maybe Hina, who knows? I doubt current VA will get there. Oda couod do that in the time skip but instead he took out of the blue Fuji and GB. And of course Coby will have a spot. So let's say that just the 3rd admiral is debatable. Helmeppo is a (weak) candidate too, if Coby becomes FA then he could be an admiral.
