Kenpachi can't tank the last beam and Boros on average is likely a bit stronger, faster and he has regen. And Zaraki bankai is limited.

Only arguable match here is if Boros fights against Base Kenpachi or if Boros ends it all with his suicide attack that'd only blow up the entire surface of the planet.
However, Kenpachi while heavily suppressed in Shikai has a better feat than anything ever shown by Boros apart from his final attack. he's also faster, IDK where the notion that One Punch Man characters are faster came from, as Bleach easily have much better feats. Boros region is a huge problem but regen doesn't excuse your physical failures.

So really, Kenpachi just keeps killing him until either Boros regen can't take enough or Boros decides to end with a stalemate by blowing up the Planet Surface.

Cool, but as expected slower than Kenpachi, since in Can't Fear Your Own World Volume 3 we get this feat:

To sum up what happened here, Hikone was traveling so fast that it appeared as if time stopped, not literally, but enough in which it appeared that way. This also distorted the forces of gravity and inertia here, and although this would be a hassle to calculate the speed of, scientists have already done this, finding that the only way to achieve something like this is to reach Light Speed and this was just Base Kenpachi, upgrading to his Shikai and Bankai itself are 5-10x multipliers. If Boros is Red by just keeping up with Saitama, then Kenpachi is undoubtedly faster in the forms being used here.

He never "kept up" with anything, tbh. Any time Saitama attempted to actually blitz Boros he did so successfully, even before getting serious. Saitama in general is a horrible benchmark. Boros has no actual speed feats, you can only scale him to certain characters. Kenpachi should win from what i remember of his showings.
