Who do you think will be stronger? The next generations Dragon or it’s “Hero of the Marines”?

Based on abilities shown so far, I’m leaning towards Sabo because of the Mera Mera mostly. Koby has nice Rokushiki technique and will obviously go through a major power amp but I can’t see it besting Sabo with the Mera when he himself was already a user of internal destruction haki long before attaining a fruit

Coby at best will become an Admiral like Kuzan. While Sabo with Awakened Mera will probably matching Akainu. So Sabo will be stronger but barely.

Do you know how much time has actually gone by since the Straw Hats entered the New World? Evidently magic just might level him up the same way it did Luffy and friends.
