I think it's not as simple as that.
Hakis have different forms of use (basic and advanced) but each use can also have different levels of power or mastery and there are also more ways to use it, for example, the COA barrier

And someone with advanced mastery of a type of haki may still have a lower "level" or power than someone who does not have or master the advanced form. Let me explain. Zoro basic COO is better than Luffy's basic COO, but Luffy can or knows how to use future vision.
We have proof of this and in COA too

That’s why I don’t see zoro for example having future sight. His basic observation haki mastery is powerful enough to fight top tier

You're being too optimistic. Far too many people have future sight and advanced COA. I would love if you were right, but Oda hasn't even given most SHs haki. It sounds improbable that they'd even get basic haki at this point.

Unless there is a time skip.. i fail to see how Franky/Robin/Brook/Nami/Chopper use haki that well.

Look at Ussop.. they tapped into CoO but still haven't shown anything.

I agree that this is what SHOULD happen. But we are near the end. Oda doesn't want to give them even basic haki. How come he'll give some of them advanced forms? I hope you're right.

In a way I want to see it makes sense considering most of the crew didn't even know about the concept of haki 2 years and most of them didn't train with haki users but it still feels odd seing all these new worlds fodders with haki. Like the VA Red King (strong right material) has haki lmao

If all of Amazon Lily or most (all?) of Whole Cake Island can use CoA then there is no reason for not every single SHP being able to learn. For goodness sake with all the proficient haki users on Elbaf, including Gaban and the giants, within 2 weeks all of them should know basic CoA and basic CoO. Some of them should be able to reach advanced stages with practice. It's a huge plot hole.

Why would they? If Nami had the best armament in the world it wouldn’t matter since she can’t hit you with any melee attacks and they wouldn’t hit with any force.

Brooke bypasses any need for armament and may already have basic observation.

Frankly also bypasses any need for armament and doesn’t necessarily have to have observation to be effective.

Usopp already showed strong observation three full arcs ago and has no use for armament.

Robin learned fishman karate instead and may not be able to use Haki on her DF limbs, and she may already have basic observation.

Chopper is the only one who really benefits from having it in combat.

At this rate, Van Augur fight is upcoming very soon though. I am not even sure whether Usopp/Nami/Chopper still understand what Haki actually is.
