The Espada by far, there's just no comparison. They were literally the Akatsuki of Bleach. Both the Akatsuki and Espada were handled very well, and they gave both Part II Naruto and Arrancar Saga Bleach a lot of hype.
I'm not downplaying the Sternritter in any shape or form, but the Espada are just way better.
