It's likely 30 minutes+ given that the Narrator said "few" as opposed to "a couple" (so maybe more than two) and "dozen" = 12. If it was three dozen minutes, that would be 36 minutes.

I voted No because it was created at chapter 1000/1001 I believe. That time I didn't believed Luffy would win. After 1010 I was sure he would.
