Don Le Fishe finally realised Kidd's role in the next generation - Kidd is Luffy's Buggy
Kidd and Buggy so similiar it's so weird Don Le Fishe never realised:
1) Kidd's scraps metals and Buggy's body can easily overcome slicing damge
2) Kidd has has his electromagnetic canon and Buggy has his Buggy Ball
3) Both have the same fake "rivalry" with Luffy
4) Shanks = Luffy - the successful, Buggy = Kidd - the failure
5) Both were saved from prison by Luffy
6) Both look like a clown
7) Both hold grudge against Shanks while Shanks couldn't care less

Is fish on something? Is Kidd the next Buggy-sama? If so does it mean Kidd will be the Pirate God to Luffy Pirate King?

One more thing - Buggy's dream is to get the treasure on the ocean floor while Kidd's power allow him to turn everything into magnet and control magentism - does Kidd hold the key for Buggy's dream? Does it mean we see an Eustass & Buggy team-up post-Wano for real?
