Second part:
Would beat Hody, would beat Ceaser/Vergo, would beat Doffy, would beat Cracker, would lose to Katakuri.

What do mean, pre ts Kid was at least Luffy lvl who beat Moria.

After the ts Kid was able to injuried a sweet commander and walk away easily. He has a strong transform version who is very strong, like hitting and lifting Dragon Kaido. He tank together with the other supernova a lightning attack.
Kid should be able to beat Doffy and Cracker.

You make sound it like Moria didn´t have OZ lmao, the fight would be total different if Luffy would fight 1on1 against Moria.
In the end a exhausted Luffy could beat a pushed up Moria with over 100 Shadows, what is your point? Luffy didn´t need his crew to beat Moria. Kid was portrayal equal to Luffy, if not even better as the most large bounty of the supernova. He has his own G3 and probably was insane strong, he survive for some reason in the new world without teaming up with some forces liike Capone or Apoo did.

With him implied the injurie stuff, it means it was a big deal, their is a theory that he take the one eye of Smoothie. Reiju never really damage Smoothie much outside of her poison.

Imagine if Kid had started his journey on Dawn Island with Killer and the rest of his crew and visited the same islands as Luffy and faced the same enemies. Where would Kid's journey end?

Part 1:
- Pre-timeskip Kid & crew.
- Starts in Dawn Island and ends in MF.

In case you think he will make it to the end (post-MF):

Part 2:
- Post-timeskip Kid & crew.
- Starts in Sabaody and ends when Kid arrives in Wano.

I think that pre-timeskip Kid would have reached Alabasta but Crocodile would have finished him.

In the case of post-timeskip Kid, his journey would end in DR at the hands of Doflamingo.

His devil fruit is pretty powerful. Eventually he would survive Enies Lobby in that he could rack up so many weapons in that arc if we think about the sheer quantity of soldiers present there.

But Sabaody could constitute somewhat of a more problem unless he met Luffy as counterpart.
