It seems this is very hard to understand. Is not about hitting Pica where he exactly is. He is all way over. He is the entire continent when touching ground. Zoro puts Pica at air so he when he is cutting him into 2 he only has 2 options. Than Zoro did that for several times until Pica had no other option but leave.

First he uses coo and detects Pica in the neck or arm or chest

Then luffy uses g3 to bust the golem into 2 pieces at the waist

Luffy uses coo again

Locates picas new location in the remaining upper half and then repeats the previous actions.

Boom Licas trapped in a small segment and then fodderized by base luffy

CoO wise, Sanji's CoO feats have been nothing special, and if they are please show me panels. (For the love of God please be better than those showing Jelly bean that Vita can react to).

Prime Garp also is not beating Bartolomeu unless Oda shows that barrier is breakable or Bartolomeu gets tired of using it.
