It was mehhh,out of nowhere solution to get rid of two top tiers.A dragon dying in a fucking volcano makes no sense really.

Ignoring everything else just the volcano ending not including Gear 5 or Luffy's punch how great was the strongest creature if it's a 1v1 he will win falling in a volcano?

You know how Oda used the end of Whole Cake Island as an excuse to have Jinbei not join the Straw Hats?

THAT'S ALL THE VOLCANO IS. A plot device to stall for time, until Big Mom and Kaido show up again. Every character death in this series has been intense as hell.

Big Mom is an unsolved mystery. Kaido is the epitome of durability, with powers and a backstory that should make this ending impossible. But here we are. Oda needed a break so fuck em right?

I want zkk to happen, not just cause zoro my favorite character and be great to talk some shit, but its way better than what Oda gave us. Kaido deserved better. I know BM can be annoying, but she needs to be alive, or Oda ruined 2 yonko characters in record time.

Kaido dying without the people he oppressed witnessing his defeat is underwhelming. Them believing that he dead without seeing the body is non-sensical.

The whole point of Kaido falling into a volcano and being forgotten is that it is antithetical to how Kaido wanted a glorious death. WB died like how he died for a reason. Funny how the CP0 guy didnt even bother checking on Kaido. Anyways, falling into volcano and being forgotten was nice. However the flashback had so much potential to develop him into a complex character. From what we got, he just seems like a warmongerer that values the worth of a person in war.

It wasn't terrible but I found it to be incredibly...underwhelming? Big Meme's wasn't so bad with that massive explosion but Kaido just kinda, got plummeted into the ground there and it kinda felt like there was no impact behind his defeat even though considering Bajrang Gun is meant to be one of Luffy's greatest attacks
