Never seen Evangelion so I can't really judge (no pun intended). Endeavor got a redemption so he's at the bottom of top 3. Shou Tucker is still the most iconic figure as the worst father in anime history. Judge is still the same as any scumbag father.

I would like to add Bondrewd from Made in Abyss on the list, if you ever watch Made in Abyss and saw Bondrewd's action on his "daughter", he's pretty much as inhumane as Shou Tucker, if not worse.
