I could beg to differ (I didn't actually feel anything for that scene, shock value of one scene or crime vs the more brutal over the years abuse other fathers showed made the latter worse in my humble opinion) but he's disqualified now so it doesn't matter. Aside from him?

Judge is definitely the best father
-His sons inherited his good looks
-Made them emotionless, meaning they go through life unfazed
-Provided them with superpowers effective enough for them to attack a yonko territory and come out unscathed
-Super rich and powerful enough to have deals with the WG, this obviously will translate to his sons
-Fame, power and wealth

You'd have to look at the nature of the crimes the fathers did and compare (which is what I was hoping for the thread before it got spammed and hijacked).

Tucker's crime was the amalgamation he created through his daughter and her pet, along with experiments on others we don't know about. But this is one act from a madman to further science. It has shock value, and completely against ethics for sure. But it's one act.

Judge, and Gendo Ikari on the other hand had multiple acts, less scale in criminality abuse vs basically killing your child. However they were longer periods and instead of mercy destroying, the child had to continuously endure it.
