I think while people clown certain factions they do not necessarily dislike everyone in a group. For example with the recent sword vs admiral fandom, we dont necessarily hate or dislike all Admirals, its just that others have come out looking better. And when you look at characters individually you sort of like/understand them on their own.
Ranking from left (most liked to least favorite)
Yonkos/PK: Shanks, Kaido, BB (these guys are way more interesting to me), Roger (his backstory might make him more interesting), WB (I think his family thing is a little too much but I understand it), BM (she had weird fantasies)
Admirals: Fuji (kind of what VP hinted to Dragon), Akainu (that drive is something else), Kizaru (him having a direction would have been nice), Aokiji (didnt like him losing and leaving and then joining BB), Garp (feels dumbest, Luffy tax), GB (seems like a wild version of Kizaru, a follower), Sengoku (least interesting of the group so far imo)
Warlords: Mihawk, Kuma (that backstory), Croc, Weevil (mystery), Jinbe, Doffy, Boa, Moria
