Still Perona but she is totally our if the radar. About Smoker I don't know, imo his character overlaps a bit with Zoro. I remember there was once upon a time a very beautiful and detailed theory on how Smoker and Tashigi would join (there was even symbolism with the numbers) but as of.now that shouls probably be out of the radar as well. About the current possible SH... Momo absolutely not, Carrot is meh (also there is already Chopper)(probably she is just your.bunny.girl fanservice in the end), Yamato is way better as an option but I'm not cheering on her joining as well.
Yamato, obviously. She is one of the coolest female characters even without having seen her DF.
Carrot is a very one-dimensional character, Momo is annoying and Smoker is better as a marine or revo.
Other characters that I would like to see join but are not going to do so are Perona, Marco, Law and Katakuri.

Carrot, she's been with them since Zou and she had some moments with the other Straw Hats in WCI. Her Sulong form looked cool and I liked her clash with Daifuku. She's been shafted so much in Wano that her chances are looking slim but I still like her.
I like Smoker about as much or perhaps more than Carrot when I think of it since he's been around for so long. He's pretty cool but the man's a Marine. He doesn't have to join Luffy to respect him. I don't like Momo that much but him declaring his name was a pretty good scene and I hope we see him grow more through the arc. I don't want him to join as he should focus on Wano, not run off with Luffy.
