To me it's
1. Water Seven/Enies Lobby - I just loved the whole vibe of Water Seven and Robins backstory, art, story, everything was just amazing
2. Alabasta - Deserts, heck yes, I loved the island and the built-up from Whiskey Peak to Alabasta. Also Vivi, man I miss her...
3. Summit War - My favorite from that part though is Sabaody Archipelago and the whole Auction House thing
4. East Blue - The start of the story just feels so simple and enjoyable
5. Thriller Bark - I did like this arc and also the art, but Gecko Moria was a bit boring Idk
6. Skypeia - It's not that I dislike this part of the story, I actually really like the Jaya plot, but Skypeia... I don't have many memories of it. The enemies (priests), I still don't remember their names for some reason

i'm telling u, our choice is exactly the same!
i just love water 7, it's pacing, aokiji, the drama inside the crew, the reveal of cp9, gear second, franky, garp, etc...
skypeia is my least favorite too, it's still good and different from the others but i dunno it just felt boring (i love enel's surprised face tho)... jaya was amazing tho with bellamy (the one punch), blackbeard, gold town

Enies lobby, best 1vs1 pair for SHP, eventho the power jump is unreal lol. In water 7 luffy cant do shit with fckin blueno, and him with zoro got oneshotted by lucci.

Summit war, the show of big shots like WSM, admirals, YC

Alabasta, another great 1vs1 moments for SHP especially zolo. But do not like the crocodile being beaten by pre G2 luffy.

Thriller bark, badass teamwork

Skypiea, it shows us that matchup really matters in OPverse

Water 7, good arc but not really interesting as i've mentioned above. I like the casualities there, short normal life of SHP. And not forget the fckin drama of god usopp

Thriller Bark was great thanks to characters like Brook and Perona imo

Hard to say, Alabasta, Skypeia and Enies lobby are up there for me.

But I would have to go with Impel down. Even though the strawhats were not together the comedy and craziness was still there in the arc. It combined some of the best aspect of Alabasta, Skypiea and Eneies lobby into one package.
