My personal favorite is Doberman, since to me he seems like Sakazuki's main follower. And potentially maybe is Sakazuki's right hand man or something.

I think it's definitely Onigumo who's the most similar to Akainu

Onigumo. spider-man. He is like the most eficient vice admiral. He captured marco in cuffs and allowed kizaru to take him.
and tsuru seems to be some high level vice admiral too, but didn't see her much in battle.

Smoker is my personal favorite but since I can’t pick him, next in line for me is Vergo. He was the one that made me actually start rating VAs. Plus not only is he savage, but his design & fighting style are awesome. Baring the aforementioned two, the only VAs that have left a lasting impression on me bar Tsuru, Gion & Momosagi for obvious reasons are Jonathan (dude from the filler after Skypiea), Yamakaji (love his Demeanor) and the that one Giant that was munching with Garp & the others when Garp spoke about Rocks during the Reverie.

So my fav list prolly goes like:
Smoker/Garp -> Vergo -> Giant dude -> Yamakaji -> Jonathan -> Momosagi/Chanton/Tsuru (rate these 3, but wouldn’t say I like them just yet).

Vergo, Momonga and Tsuru for their story focus, although Onigumo seems like an interesting and competent guy.

Besides that I gotta give it up for Dalmation. He's just such a cute grown up man wearing his little doggy suit.

Also like that he's one of the few that doesn't fight with a sword, like a canine Rob Lucci.
