My Top 3 is obviously (No particular order....I like them all equally):-

Blackbeard:- Future PK and King of Darkness. Also one of the best antaongists of OP

Burgess:- Seems like the closest to BB in terms of personality. Monster who could rival Base Sabo and was absoutely fearless to Mera Sabo. The RHM of the future PK.....what more can I say


Van Auger:- Probably the most badass character in the entire crew. Usopp is literally super lucky to be fighting this guy. I really wonder if he'll be a DF user or just a straight up Sniper.

Oda needs to shrink his scope and focus on characterization. Because as of now we barely know anything about them. Odas formula of "gag+dream+backstory=character" is kinda weak as of late.
