Buggy is one of Luffy's earliest enemies in the story, & he will be his final rival for the one piece, this guy is so lucky. Shanks will be defeated by BB, and Luffy defeats BB, and then Buggy comes to play the final match.



I don't know how, but since Mihawk is part of CG, it will make sense for CG to fight SH, and for Zoro to achieve his dream in the final battle before Laugh Tale.
it's either that, or CG gets defeated after Laugh Tale, which doesn't make sense, since they entered the one piece race.
besides Buggy has some weird power similar to Luffy's, the power to influence others and making them help him.

Honestly I can see this happening

Buggy is the only main villain Luffy never actually defeated in a 1v1

Buggy has the same exact ability of drawing others to him even convincing crocodile and mihawk to join up with him by being a source of man power and resources

Potentially could of been hiding his true strength all along

Buggy is now a mercenary. Those fight for the highest bidder. Imu has the largest purse. He will hire the Crossguild, then Mihawk will fight Zoro and Usopp will battle Buggy.

captain vs captain, this is a rule in one piece, Oda isn't going to make Usopp fight a Yonko while Luffy's watching, it's a Yonko vs Yonko.
also CG new goal is the one piece, & Buggy told them that if they wants money, then should aim for the greatest treasure, which is the one piece.

For sure it could happen. Buggy meme leads towards it: warlord -> emperor -> pirate king. It would be a problem for Luffy since he is screaming from the beginning of series that he wants to become the pirate king but with the "secret dream" bullshit Oda throw us some time ago that can be retconed in something like Luffy actually not caring about becoming the pirate king and the game is done.

I could see this happening,but buggy would need an ancient weapon or some other hax tech to make him compete with a yonko in a fight.

Buggy's Devil Fruit is the reciprocal of Luffy's Devil Fruit.

It sort of makes sense that it's special too.

If Luffy's Devil Fruit means 1 over 3. Then, Buggy's Devil Fruit means 3 over 1.
