Mihawk should get 2.9 Billion and Rayleight 2.5 billion.That way they are under Yonko as they should because they have no crewmates and are no threats to WG,but still far superior to Right hand man's because they are above commander level.I think BlackBeard did something that will justify his bounty to be equal or close to Shanks.After he kills Shanks he can get maybe 5 billion.
