Blackbeard Pirates + Grand Fleet
Red-Hair Pirates + Grand Fleet (likely Luffy's allies)
Straw Hat Pirates + Grand Fleet
Cross Guild + Grand Fleet
Revolutionary Army (obviously Luffy's allies)
Marines
Seraphim
Cross Guild
Holy Knights
Imu & the Gorosei
Rejuvenated Kid Pirates(?) (likely Luffy's allies by no choice)
Rejuvenated Heart Pirates(?) (likely Luffy's allies by no choice)

My prediction:

Phase 1
  • Cross Guild VS Seraphim (Winner: Cross Guild but Buggy and Mihawk are probably the only ones standing)
  • Straw Hats (plus Kid Pirates & Heart Pirates) VS Marines (Winner: Straw Hats but they at least wipe out the Admirals with Kid and Law's help)
  • Blackbeard Pirates VS Red-Hair Pirates (Winner: Blackbeard Pirates)
  • Revolutionary Army VS Holy Knights (Winner: Revolutionary Arm)
The Gorosei probably don't participate here, and Kid and Law get eliminated again before phase 2.

Phase 2
  • Revolutionary Army VS Gorosei (Winner: Revolutionary Army until Imu shows up)
  • Straw Hats VS Blackbeard Pirates (Winner: Straw Hat Pirates)
    • Zoro VS Mihawk (Winner: Zoro)
Don't know what becomes of Buggy and the other Cross Guild if they're still standing.

Phase 3
  • Luffy VS Imu (Winner: Luffy)

Winner: Blackbeard Pirates

Cross Guild vs Marine Admirals
Winner: Cross Guild

Straw hats vs Fleet Admiral and Gorosei
Winner: Straw Hats

Revolutionaries vs Holy Knights
Winner: Revolutionary Army

Phase 2:
Straw Hats + SHGF vs Blackbeard Pirates
Winner: Straw Hats

Imu + Cross Guild vs Revolutionary Army
Winner: Imu + Cross Guild

Phase 3:

The blackbeard pirates get taken out before the final war. Teach gets killed off. Once Teach dies, the crew basically falls apart and goes there own way, and we will never hear from them again.

Shanks and Cross Guild will get destroyed by the celestial dragons. Nusjuro will kill Mihawk(before or after Zoro beats him), hyping Nusjuro as Zoro's final opponent. Imu might kill Shanks, hyping him as Luffy's final opponent.

After that it will be the SHs and a few other allies(bonney, koby, maybe yamato) vs Imu, the Gorosei, and the holy knights

Then we will get the supernova and the revolutionaries vs the marines and cipher pol. I'm guessing the major matchups will be:
Dragon and Sabo vs Akainu
Kid vs GB
Law vs Fujitora

The more I think about it,

I feel like Sabo vs Saturn is a good matchup. Bonney will probably do something to Saturn at first using her Nika form and S-Bear. But Bonney tbh is a fodder who always needs to get her ass saved. Back at reverie Sabo saved her.


We also know that Kuma trained Sabo


So I feel like that makes a good motive for the two to fight

Also feel like Sabo is a bit too important to be fighting an Admiral. Even Akainu tbh.
